Last time I was there I had Jen cut my hair she manages the place and does a fantastic job at that and styling cutting hair I had to recommend her

I came into the West Allis location last month to get my 6 week hair cut. The experience went well per usual, but when I arrived home I realized I was not pleased with the end result. I came back the following day and explained the situation to Jess B., who happened to be the store manager, and after looking over my hair cut she also agreed that it needed to be redone. Jess was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Upon completion she provided me with a free MVP experience on my next visit as well. I returned yesterday to redeem my coupon and used the online check in, which worked great. I reserved Jess as a stylist who remembered me and exactly what type of haircut I needed. I can honestly say Jess was the reason I will remain a customer at the West Allis location and would like to note how wonderful she is, not only as a hairstylist, but also as a person. I can definitely see why she holds the manager position. I look forward to continuing to get my ears lowered at this location.
